Dollar Lake waterspout

  May 31, 2014 the day in which the highest elevation waterspout on record occurred. In Riverton, Wyoming at Dollar Lake sitting at an elevation of 7,782 ft. above sea level, the waterspout was witnessed by Kathy Milton Raper. There have been Waterspouts witnessed in the Swiss Alps at high altitudes as well, but not this high. It's key to understand that this was the highest elevation waterspout ever witnessed, meaning there may have been waterspouts at even higher elevations not on record unseen by the human eye.
