Thursday will bring the coldest daytime temperatures of the week with highs struggling to reach the mid-teens, which is more typical of mid-October.
Friday morning will be the coldest morning that we have since last spring as parts of southern
Ontario, including the outskirts of the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) will see frost.
While temperatures will stay well above freezing in the more urban regions of the GTA and along the shorelines of the Great Lakes, much of cottage country and eastern Ontario will drop to near or just below freezing. The Kitchener Waterloo region will also be cold enough for patchy frost.
