Experts tell runners to dress for conditions about twenty degrees warmer than they actually are, as they will be working up a sweat in the cool temperatures. This marathon will also allow 3,000 extra spots for the race to make room for the New York marathon runners affected by Sandy. The race should have weather conditions that allow for a nice day.
