Snow Causes Traffic in Oregon

The Oregon Department of Transportation has reopened Interstate 84 between La Grande and Pendleton.
There have been numerous spin outs along I-84 in eastern Oregon and severe weather is hampering travelers through the Blue Mountains.
Transportation officials closed nearly 50 miles of the interstate this morning due to wintry conditions and several accidents near mile post 245, the Meacham area.
Drivers should expect winter conditions in mountain pass areas of eastern Oregon.
