LESLIE LOWE: Colder temperatures + a pair of systems moving through = Snow. We will likely see widespread light snow to most of the Eastern third of Washington and much of the Idaho Panhandle.
We are seeing snow to the valley floors...a lot of it right now is a rain/snow mix with the heavier snow in the mountains and that is where we have a number of watches and warnings in place through Friday afternoon. In addition to our winter weather outbreak, we are going to add in gusty winds for tomorrow!
