Flooding Enters Second Day, Bishop Ford Remains Closed
CHICAGO — A day after flooding wreaked havoc on the city, most Chicago-area expressways were open Friday morning, with the exception of the Bishop Ford Freeway.
The expressway remained closed from the interchange with Interstate 57 south to Sibley Boulevard in Calumet City, according to TravelMidwest.com.
