Another Snow Storm Approaches

According to The Weather Channel America's fight with snowstorms is not over.

Long-Lived Snow Event For the Northeast Ahead

A multi-day snowfall event for the already snowbound Northeast will begin on Sunday and continue for the most part through Tuesday morning. The pattern will feature the first system which moves from the Upper Midwest on Saturday to the East Coast Sunday, spreading a swath of several inches of snow from Minnesota to Manhattan. Sunday night another system will develop along the Mid-Atlantic coast and produce a long-lives snowfall event for Southern New England through Eastern Pennsylvania and New Jersey. This area will include New York City to Boston.
Total snowfall from this event will exceed a foot in many places with the heaviest snowfall rates forecast to occur on Monday, the start of the work week. Although there are differences in the exact amount of snowfall forecast, both models target a ribbon from New York through southern New England for heaviest snowfall totals. There will likely be changes to the snowfall forecast but there is more certainty to the location where the heavier snowfall will occur.
