The snow piles are growing bigger and bigger now that we've entered early February. Two major winter storms, Juno and Linus, helped contribute to the massive amounts of snow left behind on the sides of streets and in parking lots over the last 10 days.
For cities such as Boston, the snow has been truly overwhelming. One snow farm the city uses to take snow from the streets into a centralized location is now full, according to this post on Twitter from the Boston Globe. A snow melter was being brought in to help out after 40.2 inches of snow buried the city in the seven-day period ending Monday.
