In Odesa, Ukraine, a state of emergency has been declared in the region due to a severe storm. The storm has had monster flooding and power lines have been knocked down. Waves have been reported to have gone up to two meters with people being severely encouraged to stay home. Three people have been reported to have died. One of the fallen ones was an 11-year-old boy. The boy was electrocuted when a power line fell over into water. Thousands are still without power and trees are blocking roadways and affecting traffic.
