Sandy Affects Retail

In an article from The Weather Channel, the affects of Sandy on retail are discussed, as Anne D'Innocenzio explains how almost $4 billion in retail sales were lost because of the hurricane.  This shows how weather can really affect everyday consumer business, as shopping isn't always an event that can happen during these weather events.  Weeks of business wont gain as much money as normal, as the shops need to get back normal business.
