Let it Snow

With the lack of cold air, snow has also been scarce so far this season. Just 1.2 inches of snow has fallen in Milwaukee, Wis., a deficit of 11.3 inches. A paltry 2.2 inches of snow has been recorded in Fargo, N.D., which results in a deficit of 16.6 inches!
