After a day and a half break as a post tropical cyclone, Nadine is reborn as a tropical storm over the east Atlantic. It went over warmer ocean waters, bringing it to a "warm core" low pressure system. Fortunately, it isn't a threat to any land areas. It was the third earliest forming eighth hurricane on record. It only trailed 1893 and 2005.
