Strong cold front to bring some showers and much cooler weather

A strong cold front will slowly progress through the region this afternoon with a chance of showers as temperatures begin to fall. The front will then stall out to our east on Sunday and a wave of low pressure will move along the front spreading more rain into the region late Sunday. High pressure looks to return on Monday with some drier weather and a very chilly air mass into early next week.
