Rain Continues to Pour Over Norther California

Residents of Northern California are getting a bit of a respite after two major storms moved through the region, but a third big storm is on the way.
Showers and rain are in the forecast for Saturday, but forecasters say late Saturday and early Sunday a third storm _ the biggest of the three _ will bring more heavy rain to the area.
With the region soaked from the two previous storms, the National Weather Service says the rain from the next storm may be just enough to push the water level in streams and creeks over their banks.
Forecasters have issued a flash flood watch for a wide area of Northern California through Sunday evening.
Besides the possibility of flooding, the storm is also expected to cause problems along the coast.
The National Weather Service has issued a high surf advisory, with swells expected to be 14 to 16 feet.
