Tropical Storm Jerry in the Central Atlantic



Jerry, the tenth named storm of the season, continues to move very slowly in the central Atlantic Ocean well away from land. Only slight strengthening is forecast the next few days.
By late in the week, Jerry should eventually turn northeastward and accelerate farther out to sea.
Jerry is no threat to the United States or any other land areas.
