Tornadoes cause widespead damage in central, southern US, kill 11 in Arkansas, 1 in Oklahoma

There were tornadoes that have hit Little Rock's suburbs on Sunday.  The tornado killed 11 people and miles of destruction.  Although forecaster had warned residents of the violent weather that was going to occur breaking the cycle of calm weather.  In Oklahoma, the city's Memorial Marathon was postponed and caused the death of one person.
