30-Car Rush Hour Pileup in Indianapolis caused by Black Ice
- The pileup occurred shortly before 7 a.m. Thursday.

Authorities say black ice is responsible for a 30-car pileup Thursday in suburban Indianapolis.
Fishers Fire Department Capt. John Mehling says the pileup occurred shortly before 7 a.m. Thursday on the 96th Street bridge over the White River in Carmel.
