Types of Snow
https://nsidc.org/cryosphere/snow/science/types.html
Conditions in the atmosphere affect how the snow crystals form as they fall. Snow can fall in two different ways, symmetrical or in large clumps of flakes. Once the snow hits the ground depending on the temperature changes, winds, or how long the snow has been on the ground determines the different qualities that the snow can gain. Types of snowfall to scientists and meteorologists are called snowpacks and snow formations.Types of snow crystals
