"Saturday’s storm only added to the misery of the preceding week as the National Weather Service reported most areas got anywhere between a half-dozen inches of snow to the roughly 20 inches that fell in eastern Pennsylvania.
New York City has been experiencing an extreme amount of snowfall in the past few days. The snowfall was so fast and cumulative that parts of the East coast lost power for multiple days. Power lines were weighed down to the point of them touching the ground says a NY resident.
