Two killed as high winds, tides keep battering storm wracked Britain; more foul weather on the way

On February 15 there was reported 2 deaths in the UK due to weather related incidents.  One of the deaths was a woman who died when the minicab that she was driving was crushed by part of the building that had collapsed while she was driving during a heavy windstorm.  The other death occurred while on a cruise ship where high winds kicked up giant waves in the English Channel.  Because of the high winds patrons of seafront restaurants were evacuated by the army.  There were 22 severe flood warnings were in place.  Just north of London residents of 17 homes were evacuated after a 20 foot deep sinkhole developed overnight.  Britain has experienced its worst flooding in decades as many rivers remain at record high levels.
