"Chicago area residents will enjoy another 80-plus degree day, which will be the year’s 101st as mostly sunny skies will allow for plenty of solar heating amid southerly winds. Unfortunately, this will be the last of the 80s for some time."

Climate models indicate a cooler than normal weather pattern to dominate across the Great Lakes region through at least the next week and a half.
