Severe Weather Day Thursday

1. I am getting more impressed by the chance of severe weather across the Northeast for Thursday. The models seem to be catching on to the strength of the low-level jet and the 300 mb jet as well.
Given the extensive heat and humidity ahead of the front, a line of storms should develop along the front with wind damage and hail the main impacts.

2. The two tropical storms will stay in the Atlantic the next couple of days. Bermuda and Atlantic Canada will be impacted by Gabby: Bermuda late today and Wednesday and Atlantic Canada this weekend.

Ingrid may develop in the Gulf of Mexico, but it appears that if the storm develops, South Texas and Mexico would be impacted.
