US economy hampered by severe winter weather, Federal Reserve says





Due to the cold and severe weather this winter, the Federal Reserve is noting that consumers are spending less.  Being considered the worst winter in 30 years, the weather is taking its toll on the US's economic recovery.  Another industry that is blaming the severe weather is the automobile industry.  They site as a contributing factor to softer auto sales in many areas.  Overall the weather has impact on a lot of aspects in our lives.
