Although the snowfall impacted its Street estimates of profit and revenue it was still able to grow in comparison to last years profits. On days when the weather was closer to normal seasonal conditions, their volumes were solid and service levels were high. The winter isn't the only time when FedEx has issues with the weather. In an interviewer, CFO Alan Graf says, "the impact from multiple severe storms and frigid temperatures was significantly more pronounced this year."
