Tropical Depression Ingrid continues to weaken over northeastern Mexico, but it continues to threaten that area with torrential rainfall and the potential for more deadly mudslides.Northeastern Mexico has the potential to pick up over 10 inches of total rainfall, with localized amounts up to 25 inches through the upcoming week. Life-threatening flash flooding and mudslides are occurring in the mountains and foothills of this area. At least a dozen people have already died
