Syracuse at its Coldest

It has been at most fifty years since Syracuse had experienced a time in which it had experienced some of its coldest temperatures, but this day brings a resurgence to the shivering cold. Of course, such weather brings with it complications for the plant life in the area as well as record breaking results.

As the months pass, new information arises with the developing weather. As it is said in the Halloween forecast, "Lake effect rain and higher elevation snow showers will continue into Tuesday evening for areas east-northeast of the Great Lakes. These bands of precipitation will likely contain on-again, off-again bouts of precipitation that last anywhere from 5 to 20 minutes each with a similar amount of time between individual cells." This is not including the November forecast that differentiates the weather from its predecessors.
