MUNCIE, Ind. (WTHR) - If you were dealing with flooding in Muncie Saturday, the city offered sand and shovels for people to make sand-bags at the Delaware County Fairgrounds and Fire Station Number Two.
Several streets flooded in Muncie, including the ones around Haven Apartments, leaving a car there stuck in high water.
Hundreds across the city also dealt with power outages for most of the day.
