Three hurricanes have come to pass in this year's hurricane season. However, a new tropical storm called Philippe is formed and moving across the Florida Keys and to the northeast of the U.S. It has sustained winds of 40mph and is speeding northeast at 24mph. Though it won't do as much damage as the previous storms, it will bring with it heavy rains along the Atlantic coastland of the U.S. Specifically, about 3-5 inches are expected with 8 inches being the maximum amount if it gets to that point. Tropical storm watches are under effect as the wait for Monday will come to pass for the storm to lose its original properties.
