Blizzard Criteria

The weather forecast is seeing some possible temperature drops across the northern states. As winter has finally arrived, there are predictions that foretell of thunderstorms and blizzards that might appear the coming days of the season. Gusts of wind are determined to be high and lake-effect snow will show up at the Great Lakes, but the conditions for snowfall are to be expected to be in conjunction with the wind creating dangerous traveling conditions.
