The Southeastern Coastal Threats

Due to the force of the recent hurricane activity during this year's hurricane season, there will be consequences that will affect the southeastern coast of the U.S. Specifically affecting Florida to South Carolina, there is a possible chance of flooding in the area. There is also the possibility that there will be erosion along the coastline if the forecast predicts it.

The hurricane season has also had an effect on the weather of these southeastern U.S. cities. According to the article on the Weather Channel, "An upper-level low over the eastern Gulf of Mexico is pulling deep tropical moisture from Central America and the western Caribbean Sea northward into Florida. As a result, bands of heavy rain have been affecting northeast Florida this weekend."
