Winter Storm Dion: State-by-State Impacts

Washington D.C., BaltimorePhiladelphia, and New York got roughly 1-3 inches of snow Tuesday morning. Some interior parts of the Northeast received as much as 5 inches. While not major accumulations, the snow fell so quickly in some areas that it created a nightmare on the roads during the morning commute.
"We have about 1.6 inches of snow, officially, at Baltimore-Washington Airport, which is actually more than New York City or Boston has seen this season," said The Weather Channel meteorologist Jim Cantore, reporting from Baltimore.
