New storm to affect Central, West


US: Current Temperatures  
  
- A weak weather system will produce mostly rain showers but a few higher elevation snow showers from Pennsylvania up through New York to northern New England Saturday night into Sunday morning.
- No precipitation is expected in the major East Coast cities.
- Becoming windy near a frontal boundary from Pennsylvania and New York to New England.
- Temperatures will remain chilly with highs on Sunday ranging from the 40s in the northern mountains to near 60 in southeast VA.
- A cool and dry weather regime for early next week.
- Most of the region will enjoy dry conditions into Sunday.
- Showers and thunderstorms will work from Oklahoma and Texas eastward into Arkansas and Lousianna Saturday night and Sunday.
