Live Blog: Coastal Flooding Leaves NJ Roadways Under Water

A major storm is set to impact the Northeast through Thursday, bringing substantial snow to inland areas, heavy rain, flooding and tropical storm-force winds to the coast and a wintry mix in between the two.
The storm began early Tuesday morning along the mid-Atlantic coast and will continue to spread inland and northward through Wednesday.
