Hurricane Dorian Possible Hit on Canada after North Carolina's Landfall

To  begin with, Hurricane Dorian raced through the Atlantic Ocean on Friday night on a path that might take the storm across Nova Scotia on Saturday. The Category 1 hurricane will pass southeastern New England on Friday and Saturday. The center of the storm will move across the Canadian province on Saturday night. A hurricane warning was in effect for eastern Nova Scotia. The storm was moving at northeast at 24 mph with maximum sustained winds of 90 mph.Residents of the United States were cleaning up after the storm made landfall in North Carolina and brushed other East Coast states on Friday. Dorian's top winds are expected to weaken . After the North Carolina landfall the storm washed out rods, knocked out power and led thousands of coastal residents to seek refuge in public shelters. At least four deaths in the Southeast were blamed on the storm. Nearly 350,000 residents and businesses were without power in North and South Carolina.
