Severe Storm Outlook

Severe thunderstorms will be possible through Wednesday evening from northern Kansas to portions of Nebraska, Iowa and southern Minnesota.  Large hail and damaging winds remain the primary threats, however we cannot rule out the chance of a few tornadoes.  Locally heavy rain could also trigger flash flooding in this corridor.  Other hit-or-miss severe storms in the eastern Carolinas may produce damaging wind gusts and marginal large hail.
Thursday, the severe storm threat will target areas from eastern Iowa to northern Wisconsin and the western Upper Peninsula Michigan.  Large hail, damaging winds and isolated tornadoes are all possible.
