Hopefully, with a little help from our forecast, that hasn't happened to you. Scarves, stocking caps, long underwear -- all of it is coming in handy for millions of you this week.
The coldest air of the season has now completed its takeover of the Midwest and Northeast. And there will be one last hurrah for the extreme cold Thursday morning before the Arctic chill starts to slowly loosen its grip.
