2013 Cruise Ship Disasters

The last few months have been a challenge for the cruise industry. Several issues onboard have been widely reported, starting with the infamous images of the stalled Carnival Triumph, stuck at sea without power and waiting for help.
However, the notion that the cruise industry is frequently plagued by problems of the magnitude seen aboard the Triumph is unfounded, travel agents say.
