March Winter Snow Storm for Midwest and Northeast

There is a new winter storm warning for the 2013-2014 winter season. Forecasts have been varying from 6 inches to about 16 inches, depending on the region. It will start along the Rockies and quickly move from the Midwest to the Northeast, bringing heavy snow, strong winds, and some ice-y conditions to these regions from the intensifying low pressure system. For Tuesday night alone, Chicago should expect 4 to eight inches. This warmer weather will seem like just a dream by Wednesday!
