On November 8th Belfast was hit by bad storms causing flooding. This causes a particular hazard to those driving through Belfast's flooded streets.
"A chilly wind and flood-ridden roads greeted the people of Belfast today - signaling the arrival of bad weather after a bit of an Indian summer in recent weeks. Temperatures throughout the week are forecasted between 12°C and 16°C - but it promises to be wet and windy throughout."
