Four tornadoes were reported on November 5, including an EF0 tornado confirmed by a National Weather Service storm survey team on the north side of Ft. Worth, Texas.
At least two other tornadoes were reported in Oklahoma, one an EF1 tornado near Haworth in McCurtain County and another witnessed by a storm chaser near Okemah in Okfuskee County.
