Slow-Moving Storm to Produce Soaking Rain Across Eastern US to Start December

Rain will return across much of the eastern U.S. to begin the last month of 2015.

While much of the mid-Atlantic and Northeast had below-normal precipitation for the month of November, the month of December will start out wet.

This rain will develop ahead of a slow-moving cold front that will push eastward toward the East Coast into Wednesday.
