A family of 9 was traveling in a private airplane when the weather conditions became too harsh for the pilot to steer properly. Heavy gust winds, unbearable snow and ice were the recipe for this disaster. Among the 9 family members, there were two children who are confirmed dead. Despite the harsh conditions, the rescue team was very quick to react to the disaster and were at the scene in no time. Unfortuantely they were not able to save anyone from the plane. The pilot, who also was a family member, was found dead as well.

So far, there was not any confirmed factors to what could have caused such a disaster besides the severity of the weather that was occurring at the time. A warning has been issued advising all travelers to cancel their plans and stay home for the time being. The warning was not only to people traveling via plane, but also traveling by car or motorcycle. With the heavy winds it is very easy to get pushed off the road into other motorists. Possibly what happened with the airplane was that the heavy winds knocked the airplane out of control sending the family crashing to a certain death.
"The outlet reported that the family has travelled to South Dakota for an annual thanksgiving hunting trip"
