Another round of severe weather is possible Monday afternoon and evening. And, fortunately, this event looks nothing like what we had last week.
The risk is basically a borderline severe weather risk where storms may set up during the afternoon that could produce some marginal severe hail and winds around 60 mph. Overall, I am not very impressed with the set-up Monday to see anything significant.
Widespread rain is likely with an isolated severe storms thrown in there.
While an isolated severe storm is possible during the afternoon in Northwest Oklahoma, I expect the better chance to see rain will come near sunset across Northern Oklahoma when a cold front moves into the state.
