Severe storms weep through Midwest and aim for Southeast!

A strong spring storm system that spawned tornadoes and damaged homes across the Midwest took aim at the Southeast Thursday, prompting tornado warnings across Louisiana and Mississippi.
At least three deaths were blamed on the storm, as officials in Mississippi say a tornado killed one and injured several others in the far eastern part of the state.
Mississippi Gov. Phil Bryan declared a state of emergency in Kemper and Noxubee counties following the deadly tornado.

Late Thursday, the Tennessee Emergency Management Agency declared a state of emergency after reports of a possible tornado and damage in Monroe County.
