Texas Experiences Terrible Flooding

South-central Texas experiences major flooding last night that has already caused one death. It has been reported that approximately 10 inches of rain fell, causing the Llano River to flood and cause dramatic flooding. All residents within a quarter mile of the river were urged to evacuate, as flood waters caused bridges to collapse and homes to flood. Reports say that there have already been eight emergency rescues in the areas affected.
