Severe Storms for the Northeast

It sure feels like summertime for much of the country.  Temperatures from the Central Plains into the Central Rockies will be 10-15 degrees above average .  Dry conditions are elevating the wildfire risk in the Rockies.
And we’re full steam ahead into the peak season in the tropics.  In the Bay of Campeche, minimal Tropical Storm Dolly is forecast to move into Mexico tonight, and will have no impact on the U.S, but will bring a lot of rain and wind to Mexico:
