Dry Weather Returns

After a wet start to the week, meteorologists are predicting a dry Tuesday.
The rain-free forecast comes with partly sunny skies and high temperatures in the upper 60s, said Sam Herron, meteorologist with Nashville's National Weather Service.
A 30 percent chance of rain moves in Tuesday night, and a small chance for showers will continue throughout the week. Wednesday highs are expected to hit the mid-70s, Herron said.
"The good news is we're not looking for any severe storms this week," Herron said.
Creeks and rivers are running slightly above normal, Herron said. A flood advisory expires for the Stones River near Donelson at about 10 a.m. Tuesday.
