The image below was taken in the University of Louisville, on April 3rd. The cause of this was torrential rain overnight. Flooding problems were occurring everywhere around Louisville. Water rescues were occurring since 1.am. Under passes were swamped by an estimate of 8-10 feet of water. This caused many many intersections to close down.
