Wild weather roars across Midwest

A dangerous weather system featuring tornadoes, heavy rains, damaging winds and even some snow that swept across parts of the central U.S. on Tuesday caused more problems Wednesday, forecasters said.
Tornadoes have been reported in northeast Ohio Wednesday afternoon, with some damage reported near Akron, according to the Storm Prediction Center.
More scattered to numerous thunderstorms, some severe, are developing near a cold front from the southern Great Lakes region southwestward into the mid Mississippi Valley and Ozarks, the Storm Prediction Center noted in an online forecast.
A tornado watch has been issued for much of Indiana and parts of Ohio and Michigan.
Damaging winds will also be a threat this afternoon and early evening. Cities such as St. Louis, Indianapolis, Detroit and Cincinnati could all see severe weather Wednesday, AccuWeather predicts.
