La Nina Canada

The polar jet stream is currently moving across the northern U.S., and it will cause the southern parts of the country to be more drier in comparison the wetter areas of the Great Lakes area and the northwestern area. Of course, this jet stream will also cause most Canada to experience a colder climate as a result, but there are some notable changes this year.

Last year, La Nina had ocean temperatures become cooler in the Pacific Oceans, and this had an effect on the Canadian winter. However, this year is different - as all La Nina winters are - with a warmer ocean temperature in the northern part of the Pacific Ocean. This will make the winter in Canada different in contrast as it has with the U.S., Central America, and South America.
